Malaga is a great place to explore buy car, but you should be aware of the laws in Malaga.

To drive in Malaga you need a full UK driving licence (assuming you are from the UK) and seat belts must be worn both in the front and back. Children under 10 years are not allowed to travel in the front of a vehicle and must be properly restrained in the rear.
